If you are experiencing a dental emergency - give us a call straight away.
Whether you're a new or existing patient, we will ensure you're seen as urgently as you need - to get you out of pain.
You can book emergency appointments online, but if the emergency takes place during working hours (Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-4pm), it's best to call us so we can understand your problem and book you accordingly.
We'll do our best to get you in at short notice.

We will be able to address the cause of discomfort, by smoothing sharp edges or placing a temporary filling. If out of hours, you can buy a temporary filling from the pharmacy and follow the instructions to place it yourself. |
A chipped or broken tooth, not causing any pain or discomfort. | Not urgent | Contact us for an appointment. We’ll often ask you to send us a photo if possible, so we can advise you on the likely treatment options, and book you an appointment long enough to carry out the treatment instead of a short emergency appointment. |
Sensitivity from a tooth | Not urgent | Contact us for an appointment to investigate the cause of the sensitivity as soon as possible. |
Pain after a tooth extraction | Quite urgent | Call us for advice. Rinse with warm water and salt. We will see you within 24 hours if necessary to check for complications. |
Crown, veneer or bridge fall out | Not urgent unless cosmetic concern | Contact us. We will see you as soon as possible, hopefully to re cement the restoration. Otherwise, we will advise you on the best course of action. |
The cost of an emergency appointment is:
£120 for a new patient
£80 for an existing patient
This covers the cost of the assessment and any x-rays or imaging necessary, and will include any simple treatment, such as antibiotics or recementing a restoration.
If more complex treatment is necessary, such as emergency root canal treatment or fixing a fractured tooth, the costs will be discussed with you before any dental treatment is undertaken.

We will always do our best to see you at the practice as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours where appropriate, subject to opening hours.
We have a very friendly team and a range of general dentists and specialists available, should you require any follow-up care.
We're centrally located and easily reached from most parts of London and have a full range of specialist imaging capabilities, including CT scans and x-rays.
Our premises are fully wheelchair-accessible and have a calm and serene atmosphere, which can be helpful when you're in distress.

Located at the City end of Shoreditch, we are very accessible by tube:
Two minute walk from Old Street Tube Station (Northern Line)
Ten minute walk from Moorgate/Liverpool St Tube and rail stations (National Rail, Elizabeth Line, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines, and London Overground).
We are on many bus routes, including the 43, 55, 135, 205, 214, and 243.
There is some limited Pay & Display street parking across the road from the practice and a nearby car park on Clere Street.
We have good disabled access for all our treatments and services, including our OPG and CBCT scanner and our well-proportioned bathroom.

Depending on what's happened, we will try to ensure you're seen within 24 hours even when we're fully booked - subject to working hours.
We offer same day appointments if you call us early in the morning, and set time aside for emergency dental appointments.
